There will be a candlelight vigil held on Saturday October 9th in Visalia at the peace corner of Mooney Blvd and Walnut from 6-8pm. Please come out and show your support for all of the people whom have lost their lives from just being themselves.

We have all been rocked by the recent announcements of so many young gay people who have committed suicide as a result of anti-gay bullying. I am devastated and angry, and I believe many of you are, too.
This is an event to occur on October 9. National Organizations including Marriage Equality USA, the Gay Student Network, "It Gets Better," and others have joined together to call for a nationwide candlelight vigil to remember all… the people lost to suicide behind anti-gay threats; to help us grieve: and to call for action.
