I’ve been contacted by a property owner who is looking to rent his Visalia duplex out to the LGBT+ community. He himself is gay, so understands that sometimes it can be hard to find a place you can feel comfortable and not have to worry about being judged or not being able to rent because of who you are.
The duplex is located in South Central Visalia, not too far from Mt. Whitney. The front unit will be available on August 15th. He is in the process of remodling the back unit. During this time, he’s willing to work out an arrangement for the front unit. Rent would only be $250 a month for three months until the remodel of the other unit is complete. He’s also willing to spread out the required deposit over 3 months, if necessary.
