One local, Erin Saluta, needs your help raising funds for her ride this summer. All monies raised goes directly towards the fight against HIV/AIDS. She’s having a great fundraiser next month that involves Tahoe Joes. Everyone eats right? Might as well do some good while you do!

The fundraiser is at Tahoe Joe’s on Caldwell Avenue. I am selling lunch/dinner tickets for a meal (either dine-in or take-out) on Thursday, May 16. The tickets are $20 each and the diner gets to choose the entre (6oz Joe’s Steak dinner, Wood grilled BBQ chicken breast or Sierra Mountain ribs) and it comes with Blue Lake green beans and Mountain mashers. I am willing to deliver the meals to places of employment if that would be more convenient for people but am looking to do that for orders of 4+ people.
