PFLAGpride

PFLAG Tulare and Kings Counties is a volunteer group of parents, family and friends of people who are gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT). We welcome members of the GLBT community to our meetings and membership. We meet on the third Sunday of each month.

Location: Family HealthCare Network
305 East Center Street (Corner of Bridge Street)
Visalia
(Use the courtyard entrance on Bridge. Pedestrian gate is in the alley.)

Next meeting:
Date: Sunday, October 16, 2011 3 – 5 pm
Program: Pam Whitely, who is our Mid Pacific Regional Director for PFLAG National, a board member of the Sacramento Chapter, and a member of the Sacramento Region LGBTQI Leadership Coalition, is our guest speaker.
We welcome Pam Whitely who enjoys visiting all the chapters in her region. She will be discussing the Coalition and PFLAG’s work to save the Fair Education Act SB48. There is a lot of work to be done.
Pam will recognize us as a chapter that is now beginning its fourth year in the Central Valley.
A big birthday cake will be part of the refreshments. Continuing a celebration is always delightful.

Refreshments will be served.

PFLAG provides a safe and confidential space place to talk about sexual orientation and gender identity, and works to build a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.

There is no cost to attend, and membership is optional.

PFLAG Tulare and Kings Counties is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status.
